Chilli Chapathi is similar to the chilli parotta or mixed vegetable parotta which we get in restaurants, except that we use leftover chapathis for this dish. When we end up having extra chapathis, we can reserve them and prepare this flavourful dish. We can prepare the chapathis in the morning and prepare it as an evening snack for kids or even for dinner. Similarly leftover chapathis of dinner time can be used for this dish on the next day morning.
