Makes : Around 12 dosas

- Water - as required
To temper
- Gingelly oil - 1/2 tbsp

- To prepare the dosa, heat a tawa and once heated, pour a ladle of batter from outside and fill any big gaps inside. Drizzle a spoon of oil around it.
- Cook in medium flame on both sides till crispy.
- Serve hot with any chutney or sambar. We had with onion tomato chutney.
Notes
- You can also add grated ginger and chopped green chillies for added flavour.
- If you want to prepare it quickly, instead of tempering, you can add curry leaves, asafoetida, cumin seeds to the batter directly.
