Please use the below cup and spoon sizes to get an idea of the measurements in the recipes.

1 cup  =  240 ml

3/4 cup  =  180 ml

1/2  cup  =  120 ml

1/3 cup  =  80 ml

1/4 cup  =  60 ml

1 tsp  =  5 ml

1/2 tsp  =  2.5 ml

1/4 tsp  =  1.25 ml

1/8 tsp  =  0.625 ml

1 tbsp  =  3 tsp  =  15 ml

1/2 tbsp  =  1.5 tsp  =  7.5 ml
